Produced by the renowned Café Organico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA), this lot exemplifies the dedication to organic, sustainable farming in the celebrated Marcala region.
Grown between 1,300 and 1,700 meters above sea level, the high altitude ensures a slow maturation of the cherries, concentrating the sugars to create its distinct milk chocolate and orange sweetness. Fully washed and sun-dried to perfection, this is a true representation of Honduran coffee excellence.
